Researcher-in-Residence

Do you need ongoing support with research at your organization?

The Researcher-in-Residence model provides you with continuous support on research — measurement, evaluation, proposals, new partnerships, and strategy. It’s like having a researcher in your back pocket to be your final set of eyes and the first set of ears when you’re making organization-level research decisions. This support is customized to meet the unique, ongoing needs of your organization.

An advantage of this model is that it provides more flexibility in terms of the focus of the work in that it allows you to loop me in on other discussions or new projects that come up without having to redraw up a contract.

At the beginning of each month, we will have a meeting to discuss what areas I should focus on. From there, I will scope out the month’s activities and detail the end-of-month deliverable. We can additionally schedule check-ins for progress updates and to address any changes in priorities.

There is a 3-month minimum and monthly hour cap to ensure that we use the time we have most efficiently.
